1. 30-Day Return Period
A return request can be made within 30 days following the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for requests made after this 30-day period has expired.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For your return to be valid and eligible for a refund, the merchandise must adhere to these requirements:
- Remain in original condition, with no use (not worn, laundered, or altered in any way)
- Include all original tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories
- Be returned in the original packaging, if such packaging was provided
Please be aware: Certain products are excluded from our return policy, such as items marked as final sale or those designated "non-returnable" on their respective product pages. These exclusions are based on hygiene standards or company policy.
3. Exchange Information
At this time, we do not facilitate direct exchanges for size or color adjustments. If you’d like a different item, the best approach is to place a new order and initiate a separate return for the product you no longer want.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we reserve the right to offer either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Costs Associated with Return Shipping
- Our responsibility (defective item or wrong shipment): We will cover the cost of return shipping, and in some cases, we can provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer’s decision to return (e.g., size mistake, change of heart): The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Please keep in mind that the original shipping fee cannot be refunded unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
5. Steps to Start a Return
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization from our team. To begin the return process, send an email to

- The reason for your return
- For defective products: High-quality, well-lit images that demonstrate the problem
After evaluating your request, we will notify you of your return’s eligibility and provide step-by-step return instructions.
6. How Long Refunds Take to Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inspection results. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow an extra 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and display it in your account.
7. Refund Not Received?
First, contact your bank or credit card provider, as delays are often caused by their processing timelines. If more than 10 business days have gone by since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to

8. Canadian Customers: Duties, Taxes & Customs
For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) or your shipping carrier are non-refundable, even when the items are returned.
Refunds will consist of the product’s cost. Original shipping fees will only be refunded if required by law and if the return is a result of our error. Customs-related charges are not included in any refunds.
