How to quickly find the right size for me?
Prioritize the size chart attached to each product page. Measure your height, weight, shoulder width, bust (for dresses/tops), waist and hip (for bottoms) closely against your body, then compare with the size chart. If you’re between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a fitted look and the larger one for a loose fit.
Will the clothes shrink or fade after washing?
Natural fabrics like cotton and wool may shrink slightly (1%-3%) in the first wash; cold water and gentle washing are recommended. Dark-colored items (especially navy and black) may release floating dye initially—wash them separately to avoid staining light-colored clothes.
Will there be differences between clothes from different batches?
Fabric sourcing and production processes follow unified standards. However, due to fabric elasticity and cutting tolerances, a 1-3cm size deviation is normal. For colors, slight differences may exist between the actual item and pictures due to screen display variations—please refer to the received product.
Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit?
Yes. As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and original packaging (not affecting secondary sales)
How to keep padded coats fluffy and warm?
Wash with a neutral detergent and select the "down/padded" mode on the washing machine (set to low temperature). After washing, tumble dry with a few tennis balls (put in a mesh bag) to restore fluffiness. Avoid hand washing or twisting hard, as this may cause cotton agglomeration.
